Replace Myself

I read the 4-Hour Work Week and committed to myself to get a virtual assistant. That was over a year ago.

I was always nervous to actually hire someone because I did not know how to actually implement this strategy. I knew how to me a manager, although not virtually to a person on the other side of the world.

Brad and I got joined a Mastermind group about 3 months ago with several successful marketers with brilliant ideas.

A member of the group shared with us that he hired someone that was working for him full time. In fact, there was another marketer that had a figure out where to find skilled and dependable employees that are also reasonable.

The guys name is John Jonas. John created a product that was based on his experiences. Brad and I were captivated. Without more ado, we began to read it and acquired a membership to his site.

Brilliant!

This is what we needed. John Jonas delivered an awesome product that we were starving for. He gives away an audio that helped to completely reshape my previous perception to how to find someone and hire them full time. Oh and he pretty much kills the 4-Hour Work Week Theory. He promotes 17 hours. A little more realistic for me.

I currently have an awesome employee working full time for me whom I can trust to execute the training I give her. She is committed and keen in doing her job. She, so far, has effectively implemented strategies that have helped me get some of my clients ranked on the top page of Google.

It was far from easy. I created some of my own training material and project management.

It was, nevertheless, my own choice. I tend to be a control freak and sought to put her through my own personal training program.

On the other hand, the replacemyself.com package includes a prepared training program and project management software.

I can recommend John Jonas and Replacemyself.com to those marketers that are willing to take the next step in their business. The admirable results that my employee has produced have paid her payment and permitted me to be productive and breathe. Sigh.

The most wonderful thing is that she is starting to put all the pieces together and develop strategies for my sites. I love it.
